How many guests can the venue accommodate?
Our venue can comfortably accommodate up to 500 guests with various layout options available.
Are there on-site accommodations available for guests
While we do not have sleeping accommodations on-site, we have partnered with local hotels and guesthouses nearby to ensure your guests have quality, convenient lodging options.
Can we bring in our own caterers and vendors, or do we have to use those provided by the venue?

What is the booking and cancellation policy?
To book an event at Welcome to Amara, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure the date. Full payment must be completed 30 days prior to the event. Cancellations must be made at least 60 days before the event for a 50% refund excluding the deposit. Detailed terms will be provided during the booking process.
